Stress is one of our natural enemies here on earth and it is the root of so many problems that we have.  But I don't believe that God has just thrown us out there to the wolves to figure out how to deal with the stress...

Because as people this is how we deal with stress:

  •  we smoke 
  •  we shop
  •  we overeat
  •  we overdrink 

 among many other not so good habits…but…
