This is part 2 of 4 of a new mini-series! Emotional release, emotional processing and subconscious reprogramming are BIG parts of healing for my clients and I want to provide YOU wil some tools to start doing some of this yourself.
Today I'm diving into the limiting thoughts and beliefs and how these come from attaching stories to the EMOTIONS we feel.

- Examples of how we do this
- How this holds out energy hostage creating DIS-ease in the body
- Why we attach stories to our emotions
- What giving up our power really looks like (and how it's affecting your well-being)
- What happens when we eliminate these stories
- 2 exercises to try to change the thoughts and beliefs that come from YOUR stories and FEELING these emotions in your body
