Eric Blehm snowboarded in the San Bernardino Mountains as a kid in the early eighties. He became a sponsored amateur on the Look team for a season and then His passion for snowboarding lead him to become a writer for Transworld where he worked his way up to editor in chief before leaving to freelance. For nearly 20 years Eric embedded himself with elite military teams writing two New York Times best sellers, Legend, and The only thing worth dying for. In his latest book, The Darkest White, Eric tackles the Craig Kelly story. With intimate details of Craig’s life from friends and family, the darkest white brings Craig and his accomplishments into focus and tells the most intimate account of the devastating avalanche that claimed the lives of seven people including Craig back in 2003
