As the former executive director of Oregon's Farmers Market Fund, she’s tapped into all the new hybrids Oregon State University has been working on. She’ll introduce us to new offerings that you might have overlooked in the produce section — everything from psychedelic radicchio to the hippest, trendiest squash.
