Following the footsteps of the County’s controversial ban on people convicted of crimes from entering the Strip, the City is now proposing a similar ordinance around the Fremont Street Experience. It’s turned into a battle over the soul of spaces like FSE: Are these public forums for free speech, or are they commercial engines for our city coffers to be protected… at all costs?
