Waiter: Good evening! Welcome to The Riverside Bistro. My name is Daniel, and I'll be taking care of you tonight. How can I assist you?
Customer: Thank you, Daniel. I'm quite hungry. What would you recommend for an appetizer?
Waiter: Our house specialty is the shrimp cocktail, which is always a hit. It's served with a zesty cocktail sauce and a hint of lemon. Would you like to try that?
Customer: That sounds delightful. I'll have the shrimp cocktail, please. And for the main course, what do you suggest?
Waiter: The grilled salmon with a dill butter sauce is a popular choice, and it's accompanied by mashed potatoes. Is that something you'd be interested in?
Customer: Grilled salmon sounds perfect. I'll have that. But, can I substitute the mashed potatoes with a garden salad?
Waiter: Of course, we can do that. How would you like your salmon cooked - rare, medium, or well-done?
Customer: I'll go with medium, please.
Waiter: Great choice. And to drink, may I recommend a glass of our house Chardonnay with the salmon?
Customer: That sounds lovely. I'll have a glass of Chardonnay.
Waiter: Excellent. Anything else I can get for you this evening?
Customer: Not for now, but I might want to see the dessert menu later.
Waiter: Certainly. Enjoy your appetizer and salmon, and I'll be back with your Chardonnay shortly. If you have any questions or need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know.
Customer: Thank you, Daniel. I appreciate your help.
