The Romulan spies at Cinemondo Headquarters welcome special guest Mark Maddox to discuss another outstanding episode of Star Trek, “The Balance of Terror,” where we get to meet the Romulans for the first time and experience some suspenseful submarine-style military tactics, some personal tragedies and some interstellar bigotry. It’s a fantastic episode with so much going on, we do our best to cover it in minute detail. This is one of the episodes that makes us love the original series. All of our favorite characters are great here, and the interplay between the tactics and techniques of the two starship commanders is classic wartime cat-and-mouse. Fire phasers, full-speed ahead!
