דובר לאחרונה שהכרח השעה, רגעים האחרונים לפני ביאת המשיח, מחייב שכאו"א מישראל "יחשוב" ו"ידבר" ע"ד ביאת המשיח, ו"המעשה הוא העיקר" – לעשות בפועל בעניני "גאולה". ויש לקשר זה עם סדר הפרשיות בהתחלת פ' כי תשא, פ' מחצית השקל "כי תשא את ראש בנ"י וגו'", פ' כיור וכנו, פ' שמן המשחה וסממני הקטורת: לאחרי שבנ"י מוכנים לגאולה מבטיח ה' "תשא את ראש בנ"י", ש"אָט אָט קומט משיח צדקנו"! שאז תרום קרנם של בנ"י. ובמילא, תיכף לאח"ז, יש "לרחוץ" ה"ידים" [עשה טוב] וה"רגלים" [סור מרע] מה"אבק", כל דבר בלתי-רצוי, שנדבק בהם בדרך הגלות - "צחצוח הכפתורים", ותיכף לאח"ז זה, זוכים לבנין בהמ"ק השלישי ("ומשחת בו את אהל מועד וגו'") ולעבודות בו, שעבודה הכי מקודשת היא עבודת הקטורת.

We’ve discussed lately that the final moments before the coming of Moshiach require every Jew to think and speak about Moshiach’s coming, and certainly action, which is is the main thing – to do things related to the Redemption. This is connected to the order in the beginning of Parashas Ki Sisa (the census, followed by the commandment of the Kiyor, followed by the anointing oil and the Ketores): After the Jewish people are ready for the Redemption, Hashem promises to “Take lift the head of the Jewish people” with the coming of Moshiach immediately, when the Jewish people will be exalted. Consequently, immediately afterwards one must “wash” his “hands” (“doing good”) and his “feet” (“running from evil”), to remove any “dust,” anything undesirable that has accumulated throughout the exile ( “polishing of the buttons”); immediately after that, we merit the building of the Third Beis Hamikdash (“and you shall anoint with it the Tent of Meeting etc.”) and the services within it, of which the loftiest service is the offering of the ketores.
