The bedtime fairies are here to dance,

And slowly guide you into their magical place. 

Relax, dear one,

The fairies are here,

To guide you into the night.

They’ll hold your hand,

And calm your mind,

And release from you any fright.

Feel their tiny hands upon you,

Soothing your body right now,

Their healing energy enters your skin,

And brings you deep into the now.

PAUSE…

You feel the waves of blue,

And splashes of green,

Coloring the space of your dreams.

Then streaks of pink,

And gold glitter too,

Every color truly gleams. 

PAUSE…

The bedtime fairies are here with you,

Painting the nighttime sky.

You breathe in deeply to rest in their love,

And feel comforted as they fly.

PAUSE…

They protect you here,

These lovely souls,

From all the thoughts and fears.

So surrender, dear one,

To their calming dance,

And sway with happy tears.

Melt into the sweet spot,

Of calming rest and delight.

Open yourself to the magic,

That the fairies bring to the night.

They remind you that you’re special,

And others are special too.

You feel them now,
