Nicole Fegan, an attorney for defendant Tenquarius Mender in the Young Thug RICO case, was arrested last Friday in connection to a murder case that is not related to Young Thug's trial. Fegan, a rising star in Atlanta's legal community, is accused of telling a suspect in the murder case to destroy his cell phone prior to his arrest. Fegan has posted bail and maintains her innocence.
