This show seeks to invite people to answer the question “Are they truly interested in inclusion or simply being included.” Our concern is that most people are unwilling to do the work of inclusion, if they are not the direct benefactor. If this is the motivation, that perspective will not lead to a more inclusive society! Ultimately self interest are best met through inclusive strategies, which result in a bigger pie and more opportunity for all.
