Tyler schools us all on the Automatic Packet Reporting System (APRS). He discusses how it works throughout the Ham Radio Network and what the different uses would be for us the off-roader to the Ultra4 racer. The entire system sounds extremely useful but you need to have your Ham Radio Licence to be able to use it.
