Most men were taught at a young age to put other people's needs first, that to be a good man, a good husband, a good lover...you must make sure everyone else is happy and looked after.
Anything else must mean you're selfish or worse...needy right? (yep, that's my trigger word right there).
The problem with this approach to life is that you and I learnt that to have a good relationship we had to be tentative, although we thought it meant we were being polite and respectful.
And it's simply NOT TRUE.
In fact it's this lack of belief in yourself that's the source of your frustration, fear and uncertainty with women and the quality of connection and intimacy in your life.
