The Real Tri Squad puts 4 athletes in the top 5 between both the men's and women's professional races at Ironman 70.3 Indian Wells. In this episode Jack gives us a detailed recap of how the race went down. The conversation then turns towards what the off season focus will be to get faster. We end the episode going previewing Challenge Salinas this upcoming weekend where we will see 3 RTS athletes compete.
