Episode Details

Exodus 3:1 says, “Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God.”

Moses, like many of us today, was captivated by smallness. He settled in his heart with this little flock of sheep in the back of the desert. Moses made peace with his littleness but suddenly came across a burning bush.

Moses had an encounter with God that changed his life. His heart started to burn within him, and God reminded Moses of his calling. Please allow God to take you to that place in His power so that you can become the agent of change that He has designed you to be. You get there by praying.
