Currently, as a Companion Animal Technical Manager at ADM, she focuses on technical support and new product development in pet nutrition. Jennifer has published extensively, contributing to the field's growth.


Sean Madison, Director of Global Pet Food & North American Growth at Innovafeed, holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. With a diverse background including roles at The Kraft Heinz Company and Exelon, Madison has excelled in sales operations, marketing, and strategy. His tenure at Innovafeed, starting in 2022, focuses on expanding sustainable pet nutrition solutions. Educated at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Madison is pioneering the insect-based pet food industry in North America.
