מבואר במפרשים הטעם ששמו של משה רבינו לא הוזכר בפ' תצוה, שבכך נתקיים דבריו (אף שהיו על תנאי) "מחני נא מספרך". ובאמת הענין ד"ואתה תצוה" מורה על העצם דמשה שלמעלה מכל ענין השם. נמצא, דקיום דברי משה רבינו אלו הוא באופן הכי טוב. ומכאן ההוראה לכאו"א, שיש בו את ה"משה" שבו, שעליו לגלות בעצמו את ה"אתה" שבו, עצם מציאותו, שהוא חד עם עצמותו ית', ה"אתה" האמיתי וכו'. וזה מהווה הכנה קרובה לקיום מ"ש בהמשך הפסוק "ויקחו אליך שמן זית זך וגו' בהדלקת המנורה בביהמ"ק השלישי, ורואים את משה ואהרן בפשטות בגאולה האמיתית והשלימה תיכף ומיד ממש.

The commentators explain that Moshe’s name is not mentioned in Parashas Tetzaveh, in fulfillment of Moshe’s words, “blot me out of Your book.” Really, the words V’atah Tetzaveh (“And you shall command”) signify Moshe’s essence that transcends any name. Thus, Moshe’s words were fulfilled in the best possible manner. The lesson: every Jew has a “Moshe Rabbeinu” within, and one must reveal the level of “you,” one’s very core, which is one with the Divine Essence, the true “You” etc. This leads immediately to the fulfillment of the next part of the verse, “and they shall take to you pure olive oil,” the lighting of the Menorah in the Third Beis Hamikdash, when we will see Moshe and Aharon physically, with the true and complete Redemption, literally right now.
