WE ARE HALF WAY THROUGH MARATHON TRAINING. BOSH. Oh my god I am LOVING this training block. I feel so strong. I do a little catch up and then go through how to 8 weeks has gone. I finish with going through how I am currently dealing with a bit of a tough week and just share some things I am doing to take the heat off a bit. Sending love always x
