  • The multiple Academy Award winner will be returning for Season 4 of the Hulu hit comedy series Only Murders in the Building, co-created and co-written by Martin and John Hoffman. She will reprise the role of Loretta Durkin.
    
    
• Rod Stewart Sells Song Catalog to Irving Azoff’s Iconic Artists Group for Nearly $100 Million
  • Legendary rock singer Rod Stewart has sold his song catalog to Irving Azoff’s Iconic Artists for nearly $100 million in a deal that comprises interests in his publishing catalog and recorded music, as well as some name and likeness rights, according to the Wall Street Journal.
    
    
• Sir Paul McCartney has been reunited with the bass guitar he used on Beatles hits including Love Me Do and She Loves You, 51 years after it was stolen from the back of a van in London.
  • The Höfner bass was found in a family’s attic in Sussex thanks to a search by a project called the Lost Bass.
  • Sir Paul bought the guitar in 1961. It was taken in west London in 1972.
    
    
• Amy Schumer is calling out critics who have commented on her “puffier” face by explaining that she’s dealing with medical issues.
  • While posting about the Feb. 16 Season Two premiere of her Hulu series “Life & Beth” on Instagram, Schumer sarcastically thanked those who have provided recent “input” about her “puffier” face.
  • “I’ve enjoyed feedback and deliberation about my appearance as all women do for almost 20 years. And you’re right it is puffier than normal right now,” Schumer began.
  • “There are some medical and hormonal things going on in my world right now but I’m okay,” wrote Schumer, who said all women “should read about endometriosis.”
  • Though Schumer was candid about suffering with health issues that affect how she looks, she said she believed that a woman “doesn’t need any excuse for her physical appearance and owes no explanation.”

DOG GONE IT!

At the international port in Houston, Ryan McMahon, a petty officer 2nd class, was conducting a routine inspection of the more than 10,000 containers that fill the port at any time, when he and his colleagues detected the sound of scratching coming from one of them.

The container was about 25 feet up the stacks, and they had to use a crane to bring it down. Inside were a couple of junked cars and a small happy dog.
