Description

One of the things the coronavirus pandemic has done is turbo charge the problem of food insecurity here in the US. Food banks saw unprecedented demand for months on months, and the last time we checked in with the Food Bank of South Jersey, the demand was as strong as ever. We asked Fred Wasiak, President and CEO of the Food Bank to come back to the podcast to talk about what the situation is like a year later, how they have addressed the needs in their community, and where they're going from here with brighter days hopefully ahead.
