He is also an advisor and investor to businesses across real estate, technology, and wellbeing and he is the Chair of Pathways to Property, a not-for-profit initiative to increase diversity, social mobility, and inclusion within the real estate sector.

Paddy holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management from the University of Reading and has completed the Real Estate Management program at Harvard Business School.
