Unlike traditional, gelatin based gummies that you're familiar with, Pate de Fruit are a little different. They offer a similar chewy texture with an intense true fruit flavour. Pate de Fruits are a traditional French confection made from 100% pure fruit puree and now you can channel your inner French chef and infuse these to make them even better. Inspiration for this episode came from Cannabis Confectionary Art by Krystina VanCleef.
