Kayla winner of The Fall Shred 2023 shares her story. Kayla wanted to lose her belly fat. She was hiding the growing bulge underneath loose shirts. She never had an issue with weight gain when she was younger. 

She couldn’t wait to do the AFTER pictures collage and share with her mom. Her whole family is happier. Including her husband who has lost weight too. Their kids are noticing and enjoying exercising with them.
