We're continuing in our sermon series "From Our Lips to God's Ears: Living a Life of Prayer." Prayer is intended to be central to our identity as Christians, and we are directed to bring everything to God in prayer. The Bible also encourages us to "pray without ceasing" and to "let our requests be made known to God." Fortunately, the Bible gives us both teaching and examples of praying in the way God intended. Pastor Kent will be taking a closer look at that teaching and those examples in a sermon this week titled "The Persistence of Prayer."
