Morning Mantra: “Life has no remote, get up and change it yourself.”

Only you can change your life. And it begins with mindset. And mindset creates habits. And habits can change your life.

Changing your mindset begins with thinking new thoughts.  Instead of thinking why your life can’t be changed, start writing down HOW you want it to change. And what you can DO to make it change.  Start by thinking of small ways you can change it through things you can do. 

When you have your list, start doing them until they become habit. Studies say it can take at least 21 days of doing them before a habit is formed.  DO NOT let setbacks derail you.  If you miss a day, get back on track- DO NOT quit.

Commit to the change.  If you are serious about changing your life you will find a way, if you’re not, you’ll find an excuse.
