The Super Bowl has a huge effect on commercial real estate in the host city as well as in the cities the two teams in the Super Bowl hail from. Hotels, restaurants, bars will all be offering fan events, hosting watch parties etc. For South Florida, President's Day weekend actually generates a larger economic impact on the region than hosting a Super Bowl does. We have the International Boat Show, The Coconut Grove Arts Festival and The South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
