Ashley Meyer, on being the Hero in the Mirror
Description
Ashley Meyer served in the Air Force and traveled the world. She has been an aircraft mechanic, and is now a Confidence and Business Coach and podcaster, with more than 77 episodes. Like me, she's a one-woman show... we went through Cathy Heller's Your Turn to Podcast course together last fall. I was in a break-out group with Ashley during one of our sessions and just felt that her energy was so positive and supportive. I'm grateful we connected. We had an amazing conversation, and had intended to chat for an hour, but ended up getting into some pretty deep topics:
- Leading with fun vs. only considering productivity at work
- How Fear is the only thing holding us back
- Tools for starting your day on a positive note
- A shared experience growing up in religious families
- Ashley shared what it was like to grow up gay in Iowa
