There is a phase of growth as an entrepreneur that gets "messy" in the middle. I hear it often from the people I speak with across the country that when they get into "action" things can sometimes get "messy" or Hard. I often hear "this was way harder than I thought it would be".
You have 2 choices when this happens. Resist it or lean into it. The choice you make will determine a few things. First, how long will you stay in this phase and second, will you push through and get to the other side and experience an incredible breakthrough.
No entrepreneur got to the level of success they are expereincing without some "messy middle" happening. I believe what separates those who do well and those who absolutely crush it is their definition of "hard" and what it means for them.
