Laura Van Antwerp joins us from the Northern Nevada SPCA, and works as the Communications Manager. Recently, the RSAR and SPCA have teamed up to create some great fundraisers and donation drives for pet food and supplies! Together, April and Laura join Peter to discuss rentals and how some rules and guidelines affect pet owners.
