Today we are talking about solution #6 to help you become even more self-motivated which is to Set Goals.
Setting goals and then working towards achieving them is what motivates us to succeed. Start by writing your goals down and position them so they are visible. Make sure they are measurable goals and not just wishes, dreams, and hopes. Make sure to have a date with each goal (month, day, year) you want to start or achieve your goal by. Discuss your goals with your spouse, partner, a colleague, or a friend or friends. Develop a “cheer squad” to encourage you along the way. You have a higher probability of achieving your goals when you share them with others for them to support you on your goal achievement journey.
Tune in tomorrow for Solution #7 to help you become even more self-motivated.
