Episode Details

The plaintiff rented a townhouse to the defendant. He says he ultimately had to evict her because her checks kept bouncing. He says the house was badly damaged and the defendant left large buckets of urine inside. He’s suing for rent and damages. The defendant argues she doesn’t owe him anything. She claims the plaintiff is only suing her because he wants to remodel his house.

Then, the plaintiff says she was walking her dog one day when the defendant’s pit bull ran out of a house and attacked her puppy. The plaintiff’s dog had to have part of her tail amputated, so she’s suing for vet bills and training classes. The defendant says she offered to pay for the vet bills, but the plaintiff kept refusing.

Plus, the plaintiff brings her ex-boyfriend to court. She says she loaned him money to help pay for rent and utilities, but he has not paid her back, so she’s suing. The defendant argues he doesn’t owe her any money. He’s countersuing for the price of a couch.
