Fifteen-year-old Brianna Higgins was shot in cold blood at an apartment complex in Olathe, Kansas last month. A 17-year-old boy was taken into custody earlier this week and charged with her murder. Police have released few details about the killing and the boy's name is not being released because he is a juvenile.
