The White House refused to allow a speech given by then-VP Biden in Ukraine in which he demanded Ukraine's Chief Prosecutor be fired. We all know the story. This was AFTER the Obama Administration had green-lighted Prosecutor Viktor Shokin, saying he was "all right" and not corrupt.
