RWE Renewables is a German multinational energy company headquartered in Essen. They have been conducting a wind study in Northern Henry County, Iowa, to determine how many wind turbines can be added to the county.
After a lengthy reading of the Proposed Ordinance, citizens were allowed to share their thoughts.
