West Virginia is one of only 5 states that does not allow a religious exemption for childhood vaccinations. Changing that and more is one of the goals of Health Freedom Day at the Capitol. Tom talks to John and his daughter Hallie– who was denied provisional enrollment at Parkersburg High School while waiting for an exemption to mandatory vaccinations.
