Accomplishing the day-to-day tasks we have to complete builds confidence and a sense of achievement. Record all the small goals you have to complete each day.  A to-do list (that is in priority order) helps you use your time efficiently and accomplish the tasks you have set yourself. There is nothing quite as satisfying as going to bed and re-visiting all the goals and activities you have accomplished that day.
