She has a popular TED talk called “How your brain responds to stories – and why they’re crucial for leaders.” Karen is the CEO and Chief Storyteller of Eber Leadership Group. She helps Fortune 500 companies build leaders, teams, and culture one story at a time. Her clients include General Electric, Microsoft, Kate Spade, US Olympic Association, and universities like MIT and Stanford. She is the author of a new book called The Perfect Story: How to Tell Stories that Inform, Influence, and Inspire. I’m excited to have her on the show to learn more about Leadership Storytelling.
