Today Shelly continues the conversation around toxins with a brief episode on artificial sweeteners, and the differences between Europe and the United States when it comes to the use of them. Shelly shares a story about a friend who recently returned from a vacation in Europe and experienced the vast differences in the quality of their food, their wine and their minimal use of chemicals and ZERO use of artificial sweeteners in comparison to the US.   When it comes to the small pink and blue packets of artificial sweeteners that are found in every single restaurant, in every coffee bar here in the US,  they are nowhere to be found in Europe!
