When it comes to leading the next generation, what used to work with previous generations doesn't work anymore.

As worship leaders, if we want to keep them engaged with our ministries, then we have to adapt.

Creating ways for them to sit back & consume doesn't generate buy-in like it used to. They want to belong & contribute.

This isn't a new concept, but here in the Post-Christian era with Gen-Z covering the newborn to post-grad spectrum, it's crucial to get this right.

No longer does this only apply to student ministries.

To borrow a phrase that 2020 burned into our memories: it's the new normal. It applies to us all!
