Wisdom requires us to do justice. Tim Keller defines biblical justice as "giving people their due." That involves a proportional response to evil, but also includes extending to people their rights. As bearers of God's image, all human beings have a right to dignity, protection, provision, and love. It is particularly required of the Church that we care for the vulnerable - the widow, the orphan, the poor, and the immigrant.
