Hello friends! I'm really happy to share this conversation with you that I recently had with Krystyna Holland. I first met Krystyna at Pelvicon in 2022 and I'm really happy to share this conversation with you. we talked about: gender inclusive care, getting things right and what to do when you get it wrong asking questions...and respecting the answers understanding what trauma informed care looks like - for your patients but also for you as a caregiver putting all this theory into practice and I talked about how I like to use DNIC as an embodiment practice, to get out of our heads and into our bodies, without triggering a protective response I found this to be a thoughtful & insightful perspective from Krystyna - lots of clinical pearls to use straightaway!
