Description
That's the voice of Sam Alexandra Rose...
Today on Living Big Mindfully Sam is in the spotlight! Sam is an incredible woman with an inspirational story, exactly the kind of story that I love to share with you. Sam was born with a rare genetic condition, and she is an author and a three-time cancer survivor!
Sam starts by telling us a little about that genetic disorder, her personal story, and some of the journey it's taken to get her to where she is today.
Then we take a deep dive and talk about how this has affected her life, her identity, and all the work it has taken to rebuild those things.
We chat about how she's been able to manage the rollercoaster of the emotional ups and downs and all the highs and lows - I can't even imagine!
Then Sam shares a little bit about how she found and used creative writing to begin to make meaning and sense of everything that she's been through.
Lastly, Sam shares some lovely heartfelt sage advice for listeners...
