Why You Should Consider Trending Towards More Plants!

Why You Should Consider Trending Towards More Plants!

Season 1 Episode 2 Published 2 years, 3 months ago
Description

When I transitioned to a plant-based diet more than a decade ago, I did it purely to improve my health. There was overwhelming proof that doing so might improve my asthma, eczema, urticaria and cholinergic angioedema.

But as I put all of these conditions in remission, I started thinking about the other impacts that this diet would have on my athletic performance, weight and muscle mass, on my carbon footprint and on animal cruelty. Soon, I found myself connecting with all of these reasons and I decided to dive even deeper into plant-based nutrition.

In this episode, I discuss the benefits of going plant-based and the reasons that might fuel your own personal journey towards a diet of health and compassion.
