It's been nearly three months since Preston Lord, 16, was beaten to death outside of a Halloween party in Queen Creek, Arizona — a suburb of Phoenix. Preston's family and the community have called for justice as the police chief announced charges have been referred to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office against seven juveniles and adults in Preston's murder.
