Do you ever practice just stilling your mind with absolutely nothing in it, no noise, no to do lists, no chaos or jobs to do.,, well wouldn’t that be nice ha ha
On a serious note we need to still our minds, it has so many health benefits, life is stressful and full of lists, children fill our time and minds and so does work, we need to find gaps throughout the day to stop and think of nothing but you, re connecting with your self can re round and re boost your mind. Them 10-20 minutes can be beneficial.
Yes it will be hard but you can do it and will thank me after
