Step #4 to Find and Retain Quality Staff

Today we are talking about Step #4 to finding and retaining quality staff, which is to be open to suggestions on potential changes to procedures.

If you have a new staff member who looks at some of your current procedures (assuming you have all tasks documented, which most firms don’t) and can streamline them, ask for more details about what they’re proposing. If they can help make things easier, more streamlined, or better in any way, encourage them to do so.

Did you know that without effective day-to-day systems in your business, it can cost up to 20-30% of your annual revenue?  So, you can be losing money by not having systems and processes for every job function in your firm.
