Bryan Schwartz was a linebacker in the National Football League, drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the second round of the 1995 NFL Draft. During his Senior season at Augustana College Schwartz was the first Division II player nominated for the Butkus Award, awarded to the nation's best college linebacker. As a mentor/coach, Bryan assists leaders in navigating the unique pressures and challenges inherent to success.
