Kate is a licensed clinical social worker turned coach for women 40+. Kate was drawn to this work after experiencing a huge amount of anxiety around aging once she hit her 40s. She felt so "behind" everyone else- and her self judgement was at an all time high. As a life long learner and seeker, Kate decided to put her focus on aging with joy and ease and on HER own terms. In addition to being a clinician and coach, Kate is a tarot reader, astrologer, spiritual seeker and former Neo burlesque performer.
