Description
2023 was a landmark year for women's football.
Between rapidly increasing in-stadium attendance and television viewership across both domestic leagues and in the World Cup, we're past the whole "women's football is up-and-coming" thing: Women's football is here, and it's a powerhouse.
So, we used this episode to talk about the greatest players in the game through the scope of both Dino and Grant naming their respective Starting 11 for 2023.
You already know we're going to include many of our favorites: Salma Paralluelo, Aitana Bonmati, Olga Carmona, Lauren James, Caroline Graham Hansen, and Wendie Renard, but you might be somewhat surprised at some of the differing ideas we had about what formation to use and where we slot these stars.
