1160: Results of My Unintentional 30 Day Weight Loss Experiment

Published 2 years, 2 months ago
Description

Let me be clear: I didn't set out to do any set number of things for 30 days. There was no 30 day timeframe in my mind. But, after taking things day by day for a month, I stepped back to reflect on what I did and the results I experienced.

Most notably was a massive decrease in my postpartum anxiety. The degree of change felt miraculous. I had significantly more energy, I was in a better mood, focusing better in my work, less irritable with my husband and kids and I lost 10.2 pounds in the 30 days. I'll take it.

Unlike many folks, I'm not holding back some undisclosed hormone therapy or prescription medication. There was none of that, and if there was, I'd be up front about it. What I'm sharing here is everything I did, in detail.

The Golden Rules of Carbs and Fat Loss
